Ibrahim has successfully advised senior leadership, investors, and corporates on over 300 transactions, including complex M&A deals and project evaluations exceeding $100 million. His deep expertise in developing robust financial models and conducting comprehensive risk–opportunity analyses has been instrumental in guiding strategic decision-making and supporting sustainable business growth.
Before joining Baker Tilly’s advisory team in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Ibrahim spent 12 years at one of the Big 4 firms, where he worked extensively with leading investment banks and private equity firms. During this time, he contributed to several high-profile IPO listings and M&A transactions, providing critical financial due diligence, MD&A support, and advanced financial modeling.
